Life inside WOLIS

Homework

An appropriate amount of homework is allocated per class to reinforce work introduced in the classroom. Homework diaries are issued in the first week of term — please check and sign them daily.

Snack Time

Children in Pre-school to Grade 2 have a snack break from 10:00–10:30 AM. All children receive a snack and drink, though they should bring a drink on Thursdays and Fridays. Please avoid packing chocolate or sweets.

Transport

Transport to and from school is not provided directly by WOLIS. A private shuttle service is available for families who need it. Contact Administration for details on available routes and providers.

Ministry Opportunities

Each year the school participates in a charity project to give students hands-on experience in serving and giving. Class teachers lead fundraising ideas where every child can contribute — all proceeds go directly to the project.
